We are currently dealing online and do not maintain an outlet. Our office however, is located at Shah Alam Market
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order limit. But free delivery is provided for orders exceeding Rs.1,500/-
What forms of payment are accepted?
For your convenience and avoid fraudulent, Max Shop supports only cash on delivery.
How do I unsubscribe from updates?
If you wish to opt out of receiving email updates, write to us and we could end your newsletter subscription.
When will I receive my order?
The delivery usually takes 24-48 working hours to metropolitan cities and 3-5 working days to rest of the cities.
What are your refund policies?
Max Shop values its customer, we believe in providing 100% satisfaction. If the customer is not 100% satisfied, they may return or exchange the product. The return Policy*subject to change
- Product must be returned within 7 days period
- Product must not be used or unpacked (needs to be in the same condition as received)
